Can you make a floppy disk that loads large memory and automatically utilizes large memory under DOS?

I often install XP under DOS. If there is no such floppy disk, please give me some good methods for your advice.

In DOS, you can just use SMARTDRV when installing XP. If installing from a CD - ROM, you need to load it after MSCDEX. XCOPY, NC, PCTOOLS, VC... and so on can copy hidden files. I should not have IBM eCS 1.1.
