Downloaded an ATTR.EXE
Also downloaded an ATTRIB.EXE with the +z parameter

Under XP, for a directory with a dot, such as abc..\, you can add the hidden attribute
But when running in PE, it gets stuck, with no prompts, and you can only close the CMD window
Even using /? to query gets stuck the same
Does anyone know a good alternative?
