The DOS that comes with Windows Me should be a bit better than the DOS in Windows 98, right?
If so, where is it better? |

Unfortunately, you've got it backwards. MS-DOS 7.10 is easier to use than MS-DOS 8.0, so we've always been using MS-DOS 7.10.

In what way is it easier to use? Then tell us about the shortcomings of msdos8.0.
I'm using msdos6.22. I just can't stand that text-format msdos.sys. |

I haven't used dos6.22 for several years. I've been using MS-DOS 7.10 all along now (for several years straight), and I think it's very good. As for MS-DOS 8.0, its capabilities are a bit weaker.
