A bootable CD, using the Win98 boot disk as the boot files (a minimal boot disk plus some commonly used software). After booting, the real floppy drive can't be used. How should it be set up to make it work? (If I use the original Win98 boot disk as the boot files, it works, but I don't want to use that.)

Uh... after booting with this CD, you just need to put a floppy into the physical floppy drive, then at the CD's virtual floppy command line enter a:\>b: and you can get into the physical floppy drive.

It just doesn't work........ entering a:\>B: gives no response. With the original Win98 boot disk there's no problem.

Using Demumgr.com can release the emulated A: drive from the CD.

Where can I download it?

It would be best if the original virtual A: still existed, while B: was the physical floppy drive. Can that be done?

If you want A: to remain and B: to be the physical floppy drive, then with a normal bootable CD that's naturally how it is after booting. Unless you used DISKEMU.

I'm using easyboot to make a multi-boot setup, can it be done?

I think it would be even better if the virtual A: were on B: and the physical floppy drive were on A:.....
