Using an external hard drive to restore a Ghost system, by default it's 1.1, and the speed is really slow. 1M/S
I tried multiple methods, such as: DI1000DD.SYS and Usbaspi.sys usbmass none of them worked, and they all had the same error message: the following file is missing or corrupted:DI1000DD.SYS I can confirm the file exists, it's in the root directory. Could it be that it can't read the file? But when I used the W矮人DOS tool, after booting into DOS and choosing to load the USB driver, there was no such problem, and the speed of reading the external hard drive reached 20M/S. That's what puzzles me. The W矮人DOS tool also calls DI1000DD.SYS and Usbaspi.sys It's just that the files are placed on an IDE disk, a virtual drive. But in my earlier test, they were placed on a USB flash drive. Could it be that after loading the USB2.0 driver, the drive letter changed? Because after I loaded the driver, I couldn't access the drive. Does anyone have a solution? Automatically load the USB2.0 driver from an external hard drive or USB flash drive, and still be able to access the external hard drive. |

My initial suspicion is that after I execute the external hard drive driver, DOS changes into some mode, so it can't read the drive anymore... the driver should have been loaded.

Solved already. Just virtualize one drive in memory.
