I wonder if anyone has used Diskman, the one Chinese-localized by Li Dahai. Why can it display Chinese without loading a Chinese character support platform?
How is that done? |

It has the Chinese character support system built directly into the software!

When a program uses only a small amount of Chinese text, you can write code yourself to read the fonts directly and display it.
