China DOS Union

My computer is using the Tomato Garden SP2 SATA system, with a 250G hard drive, all partitions are NTFS system, and 512×2M memory. After downloading the MS-DOS 7.10 Super Boot Disk from DOS Home, I used WinImage to extract MSDOS710.IMG to drive A (floppy disk), then booted from the floppy drive. When entering from the second option, the content of drive A can be displayed using DOS. But when I want to display the content of drive C, I enter the NTFSDOS command, and the system prompts:

general failure reading drive C
abort retry fail?

When entering from the third option (that is, the one that supports NTFS), it can't run for long and then appears:

USB Drive support enabled
Drive C:
Drive D:
and then freezes. Interestingly, if I remember correctly, it should have reported that a certain tool was successfully input to D: but also said that no hard drive was found.

When entering from the fourth option, it runs longer, and stops when Unicode support is enabled. It also warns that no hard drive is found.

When I switched to booting on another computer with a 20G hard drive, it also couldn't find the hard drive. That computer is using Win2000, all are FAT32 systems. Please, great experts, help me understand this!

The reason why DOS only recognizes the FAT file system and does not recognize the NTFS file system.
