I want to ask, is there any way to have a specified batch file run automatically as soon as the machine starts,
like a file such as abc.bat.
Best if it would still work even after reinstalling the system

If you want it to reload again under WINDOWS after reinstalling the system, that should be impossible!

There are lots of ways to make it start at boot without reinstalling the system
1: Drag your P file into [Start]--[Programs]--[Startup]
2: Use the run, runonce, load, etc. entries in the registry (regedit)!
3: Use the scripts (Startup/Shutdown) under Windows Settings in Group Policy (gpedit.msc)
4: Add a system service (you can add a service in the registry)

For this you need to find a hacker expert—no, actually, a top-level hacker expert!!!!

If the batch file I specify is not on drive C:,
that is, it's still there after reinstalling,
then how can I still have it triggered to run after reinstalling

It can be triggered, it's just that the OP has to drag it into the Startup folder again after reinstalling..... only works for use after reinstalling.
