For some reason my beloved machine keeps restarting at irregular intervals (sometimes every 3–5 hours, sometimes two or three times in an hour). Please help. Many thanks.

Check the temperature. What are you usually doing when it restarts, playing games?

Could it be the power supply? If the power supply quality isn't up to par, this can happen when there are big voltage fluctuations. Usually you can watch the electrical appliances around you (such as lights, fluorescent tubes, etc.). If they get brighter and dimmer and your beloved machine also restarts, that means your power supply wattage isn't enough; if there isn't that kind of phenomenon, then try replacing it with a higher-wattage power supply.

Go into CMOS and set the CPU alarm temperature to 120°C
Mm-hmm, but if it won't ever boot again later, don't make me pay for it ~~ |
