What do you mean?
If it's a DOS window, just use the mouse to drag the border and change its size.
If it's DOS full screen, then use alt+enter to switch!

Choose to enter the DOS window, then press CTRL+ESC to return to WINDOW. The DOS window will shrink into an icon on the taskbar, and then you can right-click the icon to change the settings.
