Hello, experts. I'm a newbie. But I also really like using DOS. However, I have a problem: my machine doesn't have a floppy drive, but it does have a USB flash drive, and the machine also supports booting from USB. So how can I make it into a boot disk? I'm using XP, and I can't make one on it. Every time I have to go use someone else's machine to make it, but now in the dorms around us nobody uses 98/ME anymore. What should I do?

You should ask the manufacturer about this.。。
Generally the USB flash drive formatting program has to read the DOS boot files from 98. Extracting the image alone seems not to work. This is a design issue on the manufacturer's side. I wonder whether any of those who bought one later have solved this problem. |
