After spending a few more hours on localization based on the original, it has been tested that in general cases, there should be no pure English displayed. However, it's still far from fully localized.

Excuse me, is there a Norton eraser under DOS that supports FAT32? (English version is also okay) The NU8.0 does not support FAT32, it seems to be called WIP or something. If there is, please upload it, thank you

Maybe it's due to different internal codes. When in XP internal code, it's UNCODE. Also, NDD can only be used in pure DOS state, not in DOS window.

I just modified and localized it for a while on the basis of this (i.e., the unfinished NDD2002 localized version above), but since I felt there were indeed too many things to localize, I didn't continue. Now provide the download:
