Take a look at the MiniWin3.2 Chinese edition I made, that is, the Chinese Win3.2 on a single floppy disk, and it supports Wubi and other input methods. You can download it in the “DOS Boot Disk” section.

With UC2X you can convert UCDOS's Wubi into a WIN32 input method source table, then use PWIN32's table compiler to compile it. Or modifying the source table from WIN95/98/ME will also work.

I've already found the Wubi input method in your miniwin3.2 (it's a .ime file and a .mb file), and I've already installed it into my win3.2 too. It really works very well, thank you!
