There are quite a few, such as DISKEDIT in the NU and PCTOOLS suites, or various software that support direct sector editing like DISKTOOL, etc. However, modifying the partition table is very dangerous.

There are software that can automatically change the hard disk partition table: GDISK.
It can be operated with a batch file. However, all data on the hard disk will be completely destroyed. I don't know why the original poster wants to do this. Maybe the original poster's intention is to restore the partition table when the hard disk has a fault. Then, this topic is incorrect.
