This is made by the latest grub2 cvs code plus some of my patches, and can be used to boot grub2 from the CD.
http://grub4dos.sourceforge.net/grub2/grub2-2008-02-05.iso The changes in this version: * The boot file for CD is changed to grub2cd.bin, separated from g2ldr for booting from hard disk. * Supports Joliet extension * Supports UDF |

Is this how it's generated?
cat lnxboot.img core.img>grub2cd.bin |

Now the generation method has been changed. It should be used:
cat cdboot.img core.img>grub2cd.bin And when generating g2ldr, use lnxboot.img: cat lnxboot.img core.img > g2ldr |
