Why does my grub display garbled characters? Please teach the expert.

Under the virtual machine, using Deepin 5.8.

Not explained at all,, just like you lost something and went to report a case, only saying you lost something, not what was lost, see if the police officer will handle it for you.

The information is probably as follows.
GRUB version,
The prompts that appear during the boot process.
If there are specific screenshots, it would be even better.
Other information, like your boot file list, etc.,
Anyway, say all the useful things, I believe people here will easily find where the problem is after seeing it.

It should be that the Chinese font has not been loaded! Maybe there is a problem with your Chinese font file. The problem is in this sentence: fontfile (hd0,0)/boot/grub/fonts

The font file is not loaded, check the font file.
fontfile (hd0,0)/boot/grub/fonts (There can't be a space here. I added a space the first time I did it, and as a result, it was also garbled)
