### About the people seeking help
A: Before asking a question, they usually are not willing to search through previous posts, resulting in a large number of repeated questions often appearing in the forum;
B: Judging from the current questions asked, quite a part of the questions can be solved quickly as long as the questioner thinks a little or checks online materials, but it is a pity that such questions still keep appearing;
C: When seeking help, the description of the problem is very unclear. Sometimes it is just a rather abstract sentence. There is no description of the system environment when the problem occurred;
D: After getting the solution to the problem, the people seeking help do not often note at the end of the post that the problem has been solved. Many times others do not know whether your problem has been solved, and keep providing solutions later;
2、About the people providing help
A: Although the people providing help are to solve problems for other friends, currently many answers are too simple, often just a sentence, with neither specific operation process nor analysis of the problem, often making the questioner not know how to operate after reading the answer;
B: When providing help, sometimes the tone is not paid attention to, giving the feeling that there is more component of drawing conclusions, rather than the atmosphere of discussion.
C: Originally, providing help is a good thing, but many friends who obviously have no answers still follow some irrelevant posts. In this way, the solution to the problem is not easy to be concentrated, and it will give people a very unserious feeling.

Solutions:
1. For the mentioned phenomenon of repeated questions, it is suggested that the moderators often put the solutions to some common questions into the essence area, or set up a separate common questions area, and add prompts at the top of the section to facilitate the questioners to check.
For those members who often ask questions repeatedly, they should be reminded first through PM. If they still do not correct, it is suggested to cancel their membership;
2. The search function of the forum needs to be strengthened (this may not be something the moderators can do). According to my personal use experience, the search function of Fuyun's forum is not very good. There are often situations where posts obviously exist but cannot be searched, which I think is also a reason for causing repeated posts.
3. When asking a question, it is best to describe the performance of the problem in more detailed language (such as whether certain operations were performed before and after the problem occurred, whether certain programs were installed or uninstalled), and it is best to attach the version of the operating system and hardware environment, so as to facilitate others to refer to when solving.
4. If the problem is solved, it is hoped that the words "solved" will be noted at the end of the original post. It not only expresses the gratitude to the people providing help, but also allows other latercomers to know that the problem has been solved.
5. When answering a question, it is best to provide the answer in the form of both pictures and texts, and attach the analysis of the problem. Even if pictures cannot be provided, the specific operation process should be described in detail so that the people seeking help can learn.
6. Answering a question does not mean that any answer is correct and reasonable. Therefore, it is hoped that everyone can carry out the exchanges of posts in the tone of technical communication, rather than the tone of a guide.
7. The same question or similar situation is best discussed in one post, which is convenient for latercomers to check and also helps to keep the forum neat and orderly.

The above are some of my personal ideas. Welcome everyone to discuss together.

This section encourages original posts, but does not oppose reposting.

Posting Rules
1. For those seeking help, a few requirements:
(1) Before asking for help, seekers please search through previous posts to avoid a large number of repetitive questions. When describing the problem during seeking help, it is hoped to be as detailed as possible, and it is best to state the system environment when the problem occurs.
This is a very good article, it is recommended that the questioner read it before posting!
http://www2.zzu.edu.cn/ie/newdos/dispbbs.asp?boardID=9&replyID=6817&ID=1415&skin=1

(2) After the seeker obtains the solution to the problem, please note at the end of the post that the problem has been solved.
2. For those providing help, some requirements:
Those providing help are to solve problems for other friends. When answering questions, try to be as detailed as possible, preferably with specific operation processes and analysis of the problem, so that the questioner can know at a glance.
3. Members should be cautious when using topic options such as ... when posting. Do not use the original mark for non-original posts.
4. This section refuses posts with no discussion significance.
5. Pay attention to the title naming rules when posting. Do not play some far-fetched stunts.
For the title of posting, regardless of the depth of the problem, please try to simply and clearly summarize the content as much as possible
Those who violate will be locked or directly deleted, and no further notice will be given.

Examples of qualified titles:
How to control printing in IE
What are the benefits of NAV?

Examples of unqualified titles:
Dear experts, if you want to have a sense of success in solving problems, this problem is most suitable for you to solve
Many problems, here comes another one
Strange thing
Win2000

Please read the posting rules before posting, don't come to ask why the post is deleted later.
The forum is everyone's home and needs everyone's care! Conscientiously abide by the rules of each section, which is conducive to the development of the forum.
I hope everyone actively cooperates, and I, on behalf of all moderators, pay tribute to everyone!

Support. However, sometimes being too strict is not necessarily good, and it can be appropriately relaxed a bit.

Everyone certainly hopes to search through existing posts, but there are too many posts, and everyone doesn't have so much time to look for them one by one. Moreover, the search function of this forum is also very poor. You know, the search function is very important. It can make users list only relevant posts, which can greatly increase the chance of finding answers.
To sum up, it is urgent to improve the search function of this forum, especially the logic and fuzzy search functions.

The search function here is a bit... poor. Hehe... But basically it can still be used!!!!!

The main thing is that the error prompt page when you can't find content always makes people misunderstand that there is no permission to search... It doesn't clearly state that the error is because there are no relevant posts!!!!! But it's still mentioned.

Another thing is that the titles when posting here are too irregular, which makes it not easy to search for the posts you want when searching!!!!! So, once again, it is required that when posting, you must pay attention to choosing a good title!!!!!
