I heard that the fdisk in Windows 98 doesn't support large hard drives above 60GB. What about format?

It seems that the commands of MS-DOS 7.10 do not support hard disks larger than 64GB, while MS-DOS 8.0 supports them all.

The FORMAT of WIN98 does not support hard disks larger than 60G, but that of WINME does (that is, what WENGIR called MSDOS8.0).
