The Microsoft Windows Memory Diagnostic tool, Microsoft Windows Memory Diagnostic, can only be run in DOS from a floppy disk or CD. How to do it with a USB flash drive? Which expert can make one? The file can't be opened in DOS, and it has no file extension.
