If Windows is a super-sized version of DOS, then how does Windows solve the multitasking problem?
Is the editor for any programming language written in assembly?
Can assembly be used to create graphics as detailed as today's games?
Does DOS have a graphical interface.

Windows multitasking is very complex. In operating systems there is a whole field devoted to the design of multitasking and multithreading. If you want to understand it in detail, you can refer to related books.
The most direct programming language is machine language, that is, binary code. It can directly command the computer's logic circuits. Assembly language is one kind.
Of course assembly language can be used to design games, but it's just too complicated! People in the industry generally use C++.
