What methods are there to automatically run a piece of software when the computer boots up? Please explain in detail.

Brother, that was a really fast reply, thanks! I already know all of the above. As for registering a system service, I tried it, and the service I made does show up in the service manager, I just don't know how to use it, sweat~~. Other than the methods mentioned above, are there any others? I installed a piece of software on my computer that starts automatically at boot, but I can't find it in the registry. It can be removed with utility software (but doing it that way is no fun).

System services are more troublesome. You need the related .dll functions and registry entries. If the .dll is known, use regsvr32.exe /u .dll to remove the service. If the removal is not thorough enough, you can use ResHacker to open that .dll and look at the registry info for something like {XXXXX-XXX-XXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXX}, then open regedit and delete the related {XXXXX-XXX-XXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXX} keys and values. I recommend the regedit enhancement tool RegWorkshop.
