After I finished installing it, I couldn't run it. The system says: not enough memory.
When I checked the executable file, under the Memory tab in Properties I saw: there is no third-party management software for MS-DOS extended memory. Thanks! Finally someone replied! My phone number is 13693421448 I don't know whether I made myself clear. Please reply. |

Check whether your CONFIG is empty?
If it doesn't have this in it, add device=\himem.sys and try again I remember that Romance of the Three Kingdoms IV under DOS needs EMS, not sure whether V does. If so, under the HIMEM above you also need to add one line device=\emm386.exe ram |

Ah, I ran into the same problem, except I'm using XP,
but after I boot with 98 DOS, emm386 reports that it cannot be loaded my config device=himem.sys device=emm386.exe ram dos=high,umb files=40 when starting, emm386 reports "Unable to set page frame base address! emm386:no frame" (I think that's it) Before, when I used a P133, I never got this kind of error Don't know why? ps: I also posted that Help thread about XP |
