After loading the EXE generated with VTMAGIC.COM, how do I unload it and restore the normal Western-character state?

Using mode co80
will do it; software that can change and restore the display mode can also do it
for example, Tianhui

Doesn't the exe itself have an unload option?
Is mode co80 the complete command line?

If I have to use a Chinese character support system to restore it, that seems like using a butcher's knife to kill a chicken.

mode is a default DOS external command, and it still exists under 98
co80 is its parameter

vtmagic itself also has corresponding parameters
just look carefully at the command-line help and you'll know

Also, using other tools is only an extra option
if your environment already happens to need Tianhui
then you don't need to prepare vtmagic and mode just for this
it all depends on your own needs

I didn't look carefully just now
the one asking about the drive letter of the last FAT (32) partition under DOS was you too, right?
