This afternoon I officially made the Chinese MiniWin3.2, and now it's finally done. The system uses MS-DOS 7.10 + Chinese MiniWin3.2, and uses a 1.68MB floppy disk image. Download here:

Note: Windows is in full Chinese interface. However, due to font reasons, Chinese file names cannot currently be displayed normally in "File Manager", and I hope everyone will solve it (it has been solved later).

Supplement: This MiniWin3.2 not only supports Chinese display, but also Chinese input! You can switch to input methods like "Quanpin" by pressing Ctrl+Shift or Ctrl+Space keys.

Used it! It feels pretty good, runs normally, and there are necessary prompts. But it's really hard for you to tinker with win32 on a floppy disk.

Here are a few questions for your reference:
1. The entire boot time is relatively long, mainly limited by the reading speed of the floppy disk.
2. After booting is complete, there is an error when entering the Control Panel. But it doesn't affect the operation.
3. Doubt its actual application value on the floppy disk. There are a total of 5 icons after entering the win32 interface. It feels that only the "File Manager" is meaningful. What else can be done? Maybe add applications. Please prompt Wengier~!

Why can't I use it on virtual PC?
I don't have a floppy drive, which is really depressing!

And when I was making the ISO, UltraISO prompted:
multiple partitions: dual boot?
Don't know what to do. Are there any software that can solve this?

Can't it just be done with 1.44MB?

Note: Windows has a fully Chinese interface. However, due to font issues, Chinese file names cannot currently be displayed correctly in "File Manager". We hope everyone can solve this.

Add the following to Winfile.ini:
Face=System
Size=12

Basically, using a 12-point font will work.

The current Chinese MiniWin3.2 is of course still just a shell, but various users can add various practical contents on its basis to enrich it...

Goggoo: As for Virtual PC, maybe its compatibility itself is not very good, so it cannot be used.

Shen Jie: It is temporarily not possible to reduce it within 1.44MB (currently it is very不容易 within 1.68MB), but I will continue to work hard.

Actually, it's a problem with VPC 5 itself... I have no problem with VPC 4.3.1

I think the moderator should make two versions of Windows 3.2, one is 2.88mb and the other is 1.44mb. The 2.88mb one can be made better, and the 1.44mb one can have simpler functions. I really don't know why it's in a non-standard format of 1.68mb. You know that in this case the reliability of the floppy disk will be very poor. So I don't like this non-standard format. Besides, if it's to be strict, 2.88MB is the largest! It's also convenient for us to make it into a bootable CD!

But I don't have a 2.88MB floppy drive and floppy disks, how to make it? And 1.68MB is just right (1.60MB is not okay).

In addition, the display problem of the Chinese file name of the "File Manager" has been completely solved with Roy's help, and it is now uploaded:
