What do you mean by load images?
Display images? Or open an image file?

Convert the image into an EXE and then call it.

Obviously it can load images
ls already gave the method
just write a small program
but under CLI, if you don't use vesa mode/screen 12, it really doesn't seem possible

For example 1.bmp
1.txt (contains text)
