Hello experts, when I open the HD-COPY program on my computer, it only shows a black DOS window, but that nice interface doesn't appear. But on my laptop with the same system (WIN2000), I can open and use it easily. I've tried multiple versions of HD-COPY and the problem is the same. It's the same under DOS too. Please help me, experts!!! Many thanks!!!

When you use hdcopy, have you loaded any TSR programs?

I entered it by typing cmd in Run.

Check the floppy drive settings in your BIOS, check whether there is any problem with your floppy drive hardware connection, and whether you can boot the system from the floppy drive
