Basic usage of PING:

Function 1: Detect whether the local network settings are correct and connected (or connected to a computer with a specified IP address via the network)!
Usage: Ping 127.0.0.1 (or other IP address xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx) and press Enter
Explanation: If you see Reply from .... it means connected. Request time out means not connected.

Function 2: Get the IP address according to the domain name
Usage: Ping www.microsoft.com and press Enter
Explanation: The xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx in Reply from is the IP address corresponding to www.microsoft.com

Function 3: Get the domain name according to the IP address
Usage: Ping -a xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
Explanation: The xyz in Ping xyz ... is the domain name corresponding to the IP
