Today the website is completely inaccessible. For a while, it shows "This page cannot be displayed", for a while it shows "Server not found", and for a while it shows "404 Not Found". In short, I have never really accessed the website today.

The website couldn't be accessed in the morning (referring to Beijing time). It recovered for a while around 9 to 10 o'clock and then couldn't be accessed again. Now it's still inaccessible.

Yeah, it's rare that even FTP can't be accessed. It's estimated that due to the large number of website visits and downloads, too much bandwidth is occupied, affecting the access of other websites. So Anhui Wanwang temporarily shut it down when it was busy. No wonder them. Now space is not expensive, but bandwidth and maintenance are. This website only gives 100 yuan a year. If I were Wanwang, I might do the same.
