I burned the TW onto a CD. It doesn't run without a hard drive or if drive C: isn't formatted. Why?
Also: Can a friend give some advice? After installing and registering CCDOS on the hard drive, can the installation directory be burned to a CD and then run? If it runs, is it still the registered version? After registering in pure DOS, running in the DOS window of Win98 is unregistered. |

Is there a version of CCDOS that doesn't require registration...
The first question hasn't been encountered. It seems such a situation shouldn't occur, right? It seems I once used TW on a floppy disk, and it worked without a hard disk. |

In the case of no hard disk, tw can run in drive A, but cannot run on the virtual disk.

It should be possible to run without a hard disk, but if an error occurs when running TW before formatting the C drive after partitioning, you can ignore the error and continue running TW. What's the matter? I get the same problem with TW3.1 and TW3.2. Please help if anyone knows. The above problem is running in Virtucl PC5.1. Does the actual operation will have such a problem?

Caused by compression. Compression should be moderate. I've been puzzled about this issue all the time in the real hard drive and virtual PC.

The solution to the problem of not being able to run TWAY under VPC is actually very simple: after seeing the English error message, press F twice.
In addition, the thorough solution is to use PKLITE2.0 to unpack the shell, and use UEDIT to find and replace c:\ with x:\ (of course, it is the existence of the virtual drive letter). |
