Background color of the text document - China DOS Union Forum

I like to read some text in text documents, but the background of the text document is white, and my eyes can't stand it after reading for a long time. Can I change the background to other colors? The window of Notepad is the system default. You can only modify the window color in the system's display properties, and all windows of the system will be the same.
