Can GRUB have a hotkey to enter at boot? Like one-key restore where pressing F11 can enter the restore state? Does anyone know?

What I don't understand is why when I use the shortcut key to boot GRUB through the MBR, the main system can recognize grldr but cannot recognize the renamed xyldr file. When booting with NT, it can recognize my xyldr file.

After default installation, download DSPTW.EXE
Run the following code to complete the key modification. This code is for the 20071111 version
ECHO Writing 00h...
dsptw 0 0 0 /m /hex:EB5E01030041 /Y
After completion, press F7 within 3 seconds to enter.
A great expert.
