While optimizing XP, I don't know what I changed, but this happened:
No matter what software I install, it won't add shortcuts to the current user's Start Menu and Programs. Instead, they show up under all user
Start Menu and Programs, which means every time after installing software I have to go to all user's Start Menu and Programs and paste the shortcuts over.
How can I change it back? Please teach me, experts.
