China DOS Union

Yesterday I downloaded a game online, 【UFO3】, an early DOS game.
But after I extracted it and ran it, MS-DOS prompted: （The SVGA card does not
respond/is not there.
An Error has caused the game to be forced to a halt.）At
first I thought there was something wrong with my DOS, but even after I reinstalled WIN98 it still didn't work.
