According to the characteristics of grub4dos, donate an icon or something for grub4dos. (1) grub4dos is a multi-boot bootloader, so you can associate it with shoes, shoelaces, footprints... (2) grub4dos itself can run from various environments, such as DOS, Windows Boot Manager, LILO, syslinux, and Linux. So you can associate it with bridges... There should be others. Please let the designer play freely.

On some "software collection" - type websites, one often sees a logo drawn before the software. Often, the logo drawn for grub4dos is not nice - looking. Therefore, I think grub4dos had better have its own logo. How about drawing the overpass as the shape of a shoe? Or, draw a sports car in the shape of a slipper driving on the overpass, with many OSes carried on it?

Also give a creative idea. An overpass. Each intersection has a road sign of a mainstream BIOS/OS. BIOS/DOS/WINDOWS/LINUX. The promotional poster can express more details. In the logo, it can be completely simple. The overpass and road signs should preferably be completely abstract. Or the road signs can also be omitted. I thought about it roughly yesterday. First, I thought of the railroad switch. I also referred to similar icons, but I haven't drawn a satisfactory one yet.

The logo should be simple. When making it into an ICO format, it should be clean. The promotional poster can be played around with. There should be connections between the images in various formats. I once made a very nice JPG file into an ICO, and the result... was a complete mess. You can also consider this: the core content should be shown in the ICO. The logo can include all the content of the ICO, and the colors and lines can be richer. Also, if making a promotional poster, include the content of the JPG.
