Draft Charter of the DOS Union
I. The nature of the DOS Union
The DOS Union is a non-political, non-economic loose voluntary organization established on the basis of the Internet and spontaneously formed by DOS enthusiasts, composed of its participating members (individuals and personal websites).
The DOS Joint Forum is the central base for the activities of the Union's members; basically, all registered forum members are regarded as participating members.

II. The goals of the DOS Union
The goal of the DOS Union is to promote DOS in the Chinese-speaking world, popularize DOS, and advance the development of DOS, ultimately promoting the development of computer applications and standards among Chinese people, so that computers can better serve our national interests. The DOS Union does not exclude any non-DOS operating systems.

III. The relationship between the Union and its members
The relationship between the Union and participating members (individuals or websites) is a loose cooperative relationship rather than a subordinate relationship in the usual sense.
The Union will never seek economic benefit, nor will it allow participating members to seek illegal economic benefit or infringe upon the lawful rights and interests of others. Members are not allowed to engage in speech or conduct that violates the law or traditional morality; members who seriously violate principles will be expelled and condemned. But since the Union has no real binding force over its members, the Union therefore makes no commitment or guarantee in any form at any time regarding the conduct of any participating member.

IV. The DOS Union and copyright
The Union acknowledges that it has cited materials or software not under its own copyright, but declares that they are not used for commercial purposes. If you believe that the Union or its members have used your software or materials in a way that infringes your copyright, please raise the matter with the Union, and the Union (or the participating member) will remove them as soon as possible.
Software or materials under the Union's own copyright are welcome to be cited by other individuals or websites, but the source must be indicated.

V. The management of the DOS Union
The Union will be managed by a council. From among the participating individual members, 5-10 members will be selected as council members, responsible for the management and operation of the Union. On differing opinions, the council will act according to the principle that the minority submits to the majority. Council members will be re-elected by the members every year.

VI. Other provisions
The DOS Union welcomes non-monetary sponsorship from individuals, organizations, etc. for the Union or its members, such as website space, FTP space, guestbooks, forums, and so on.

Teacher Mo wrote it very well, very comprehensive, and very thorough. I agree. I guess Teacher Mo studied law.

If I already understood, would I still be getting criticized by someone who acts like he knows everything every day, but actually only knows half of it and still likes to lecture people???~~!!!Really now~~!!Please, experts with a sense of justice, help me~~~ I absolutely have to surpass him, I absolutely have to beat him, please help your pitiful little sister~~~!!!!

You have to learn things step by step, keep at it in practice, learn a little, do a little, think a little, and persevere; then you will definitely achieve something. It's impossible to work hard for just a few days and expect instant success.
When you first start learning, you'll feel that you don't understand anything, but if you keep studying, you'll accumulate bit by bit. Once you've accumulated enough, no one will dare bully you anymore.

She told me about it. It wasn't because of DOS, but because her coworker was that kind of person to begin with, someone who likes to mock others... That's not a good person..

Sigh... when you run into this kind of person, all you can do is advise her to try not to pay that kind of person any attention~~
