By chance I saw a report in a major software magazine saying that the CPU also affects whether the graphics card can perform better. When I had just started learning about computers, I thought that was nonsense, but later, as my own understanding deepened, I slowly realized that it really is true. For example, using an Athlon XP 1.2G CPU with a RANDON7500 gives almost no difference in effect compared with using it with a Geforce Ti4200-8x, and in some respects it is even stronger than it. I guess this is probably because what affects the computer's overall performance is not just the CPU or the graphics card, but many different parts.
But I still don't quite understand why there is this kind of effect. I hope an expert can explain it to me, a newbie, in a way that's both deep and easy to understand~~

Some of the display instructions are still executed by the CPU, right.
