Why is it that the full allegro demo I compiled with djgpp can't run under DOS.
It says: this is not a DOS program

How exactly do these two things, the DOS extender and DPMI, work???
Are they loaded from autoexec.bat or config.sys when the system starts??? If so, how do I configure those two files???????????????

Put that CWSDPMI.EXE file in the same directory as the executable
