You first need support from a DOS Chinese-language platform, such as UCDOS, Tianhui, Guanghui Chinese Character Support Platform, etc. They all come with Wubi input methods. They can all be found on this forum, New DOS Age, and DOSDIY.myrice.com.

You can use ucdos, or just enter pdos95 directly under DOS.
