I've already noticed it—no matter what, delete them. But this seems a bit unfair to newbies; still, without rules there can be no order.

But sometimes some users are new and still not very familiar with things, so they post threads without titles. The first time we can add a title for them and explain it, but the second time won't do.

Is it possible to add a restriction when posting, for example, if there's no title then it won't let the post be submitted?
