Why does it show: Security Warning: This security certificate has expired or is not yet valid? - China DOS Union Forum

I'm using a Windows 98 system. When logging into my 163 mailbox, after entering the username and password, why does it show:

Security Warning: This security certificate has expired or is not yet valid. Do you want to continue?

After clicking "Yes", nothing can be displayed, and I can't log into the mailbox.

I've changed the system time, but it didn't help! I also changed IE's security settings to the lowest, but this problem still appears. Do I need to download a new verisign?
Could an expert please point me in the right direction.
