Do you need to load these two items? Is there a need for this? Will loading them speed up the process? Or will loading them make the boot disk impure? device=himem.sys /testmem:off device=emm386.exe noems DEVICEHIGH=HIMEM.SYS /TESTMEM:OFF DEVICEHIGH=EMM386.EXE RAM Also, what is the significance of the parameters noems and ram after emm386.exe? Ghost is not used. Below is the description of the Ghost boot disk I made. "Ghost 8.2 Pure Version" It is made with the boot core of FreeDOS (only 40K) miniCMD.
