How do you control the power of components? For example, the monitor and hard disk power: turn off and restore.

Yes, I'm also following this issue. I want to know how to control hard disk power. For example, I have two hard disks, and at startup I want to choose to boot from hard disk 1 while turning off hard disk 2, or the other way around. I don't know whether this can be done.

Software can only mask the hard disk, but cannot control the hard disk power switch, unless the motherboard was designed by yourself
As for the monitor, it can be switched on and off, but I forgot the port number
