My previous operating system was WINME, and everything worked normally. But after I reinstalled WINXP, whenever I use RealPlayer Plus to watch online movies, it always tells me that some software is missing, but RealPlayer Plus itself doesn't have that software. I'm a newbie and don't know what software is actually missing. Could some expert point me in the right direction? Thanks! My email: liugang_huangyan@sina.com

It's a new format that your realplay doesn't support. You need to connect to the internet and upgrade realplay, or switch to a newer version.

You can use realplay version 8.0 or above. I'm using realone play. But I don't like realplay, because when watching online movies it always buffers so frequently that it feels like I'm watching a comic strip.

Earlier versions of realplayer do not support newer file formats such as rmvb.
