As the title says, is there any program for audio conversion in XP's DOS mode, like MP3 to WAV, WAV to MP3, etc... I used to have one, but I can't find it now.

There are many, mainly sound card drivers. I have stopped the song with WIN32. For DOS, mainly my motherboard has no drivers.

Why not use WINDOWS to convert? Why use the old DOS one?
