I want to make a boot disk with several boot menus. I repeatedly took the files I needed from the WinME boot disk as a base, and modified them according to the original boot file format, but it still won't boot. Only when I don't set a boot menu does it work. I don't understand

So please help me make boot files with three boot menus: 1. enter DOS system (do not load any programs), 2. load the CD-ROM and mouse drivers; 3. load the USB CD-ROM, mouse, and keyboard drivers.
