China DOS Union

A while ago, I bought a TV tuner card and installed it in my computer to watch TV. Just then my girlfriend came over to hang out. She was a total computer newbie and only knew how to use QQ. I showed off a bit in front of her, and sure enough she said in an admiring tone: "You're amazing, a computer can even watch TV?"
"No big deal!"
"You're awesome!"
"Hehe!"
"I want to play too!"
"Sure! You go ahead, I'll get you something to drink."

When I came back, I found my girlfriend was gone, but a whole pile of text had been left on the computer screen:

That last command was used with real skill!!!

But there's one big loophole, did everyone notice it? If FORMAT C：/Q/U was already run, could you still see the previous commands? Unless DOS isn't on drive C. Of course, if it's under WINDOWS, this command can't be used either. The following prompt would appear:

Drive C: is currently in use by another process.
Aborting Format.

Haha. Without specifying the path, it probably can't call the format command.
So it should still be: Bad command or file name

The path doesn't necessarily need to be specified; FORMAT is generally in one of the paths pointed to by PATH.
But when formatting the hard drive it will definitely ask whether you're sure. Without the /U parameter you have to answer twice; with the /U parameter you still have to answer Y at least once.
The author left that out.

That last command should be changed to C：\CLS
