Use Export in the menu, both addresses and mail can be exported. Import them again after installation.

You just need to keep the corresponding .pst and .pab files. After reinstalling the system, set the system up the same as before, then import them back.

In OUTLOOK, you can go to Tools—Options—Maintenance—Store Folder and change the directory to another partition. After reinstalling, use the same method to point it to the folder you changed it to, and then there’s no need to export and import anymore.
