The Soul Weapon! A story that happened on the Asian test server
I once saw this happen on the international server of the new online game The Soul Weapon:
At that time, a city built by Chinese players was being attacked by Koreans. Because the Chinese players were very low level, with the highest only around level 40, (while the Korean force was basically all above level 60) the Chinese side was almost completely wiped out. At that moment, the general defending the city had no choice but to send out a call for help to the entire world of The Soul Weapon. Then something astonishing happened. Squad after squad came rushing in from every corner of The Soul Weapon. They charged toward the Chinese city one after another like a tide, and no matter what their names were or which city they came from, every single one of them had the suffix .CN after their names!
The Koreans were driven back, and they simply could not believe it. A hundred Koreans fell at the gates of the Chinese city. They killed at least more than 2,000 Chinese players and their reinforcements. But they still failed. Because there were still countless players bearing .CN on their bodies heading for the Chinese city, and the farthest had to travel for a whole hour (in The Soul Weapon, after being killed you can only revive in your own city, and the map is huge; the distance between some cities can make you walk for 2 hours).
After the victory, the general of the Chinese city thanked these unfamiliar reinforcements. Then he suddenly realized that not all of those .CN players were from China. Many of them were Singaporeans, Malaysians, Indonesians, Americans... but they were all of Chinese descent, with Chinese blood flowing in them. In particular, there was one organized legion (about 200 people) that kept launching suicidal assaults from the side of the city, suffering terrible casualties. In the end only 9 survived. When the general asked where they were from, they said, we are Taiwanese. We rushed here from Sun Moon City, an hour and a half away. These are all the elite warriors we could provide. If you're in trouble, we will definitely come help, because we are brothers...
That general, that big man nearly 30 years old. Sitting in front of the computer, looking at these Chinese descendants from all over the world, cried out in pain and lost his voice............
This is what Chinese people are like. Chinese people of the world!
Maybe what you say is true, but I would rather not believe it.
Because I still remember what that Taiwanese man said: If you're in trouble, I will definitely come help, because we are brothers............
I reposted this post only to tell everyone: China belongs to all Chinese people in the world.
Don't let narrow regionalism block our sight.
Not all overseas Chinese are that rotten.
We are brothers
