I suggest that we take part in some well-known overseas movements, to promote domestic development, for example “Open-Source” (the open source movement) and “Viewable with Any Browser” (the movement to make web pages viewable with any browser). The former needs no further explanation. The latter means that the web pages we create should be viewable in any browser, rather than being limited to one or some specific browsers. For example, some web pages now say “This page must be viewed in IE,” while the “Viewable with Any Browser” movement emphasizes the universality of web pages, meaning they should not only be viewable in browsers such as IE, but also be browsed normally in DOS browsers such as Arachne and Lynx.
