Insert the boot disk into the floppy drive
Press the power button on the case |

If that doesn't work, you also need to set it to boot from the floppy disk in BIOS.

If it still doesn't read the floppy disk after doing the above, press the DEL key to enter BIOS Setup and set the first boot device to the floppy drive.
